Training - Biceps and abs with my wife. Let me preface this by saying that my wife is a fucking badass! We just had our third child in 4.5 years a little over 2 moths ago and my wife is already under her pre pregnancy weight!
Barbell curls - 4 x 12(100), 10(125), 8(130), 6(145 which is a new personal best for me as far as reps go with this weight)
Reverse barbell curls - 4 x 12 increased weight each set
Standing hammer curls supersetted with concentration curls - 4 x 12 and supersets were to failure
Standing cable curls - 4 x 12 increased weight each set
Preacher curls - 4 x 10 increased weight each set
Rope crunches - 4 x 25
Standing rope oblique crunches - 4 x 25
Arm feeders at night right before bed - 3 x 75 for both bis and tris.
Food
Breakfast - 6 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 2 cups of oats
Snack - Large whole grain bagel, plain
Lunch - 6 ounces of steak, 2 cups of sweet potatoes, green beans
snack - kale chips
post workout shake - clean gainer
dinner - 2 four ounce filets of salmon, 2 cups white rice, broccoli
final meal 10:50pm - half pound ground chicken, granola
Drugs
hgh - 2.5 iu upon waking and again post workout
anadrol - 50mg pre workout
tren e - 100mg first thing in the morning. Just found the bottle and I figured why not use it up? 2-3 shots left in the bottle if that.
