Alright, I've been saying that I was going to start a log while on my first run with hgh. I'm fairly new to the boards, so the vast majority of you probably are not very familiar with me. I will hopefully be posting daily with my diet, training, and weight, but with a full time job and three kids under three I may miss a day or two. My goal is to put on a very lean 15-20 pounds over the next six months. I am open to suggestions and tweaks to my diet. I have been using gear off and on for about 6 years, and I feel like I have somewhat plateaued on gear(as I have previously stated) at just shy of 200 lbs. Let me follow that with - by no means am I saying that I have reached my full potential with just gear. Economically speaking, this protocol made financial sense plus I really wanted to give gh a legit shot. That being said, My protocol for this run will be pretty simple and nothing too over the top. My stats are as follows, 28 years old, 5' 10", 202 lbs as of this morning, and I'm approximately in the 8-10% bf range. So hopefully this helps someone and hopefully you guys will want to follow along as well. Either way I'm still going to use this as a means of staying as focused as possible.
Protocol
- hgh at 3.33iu/day for a minimum of 6 months. I will stay here for the first month and possibly go up depending on how I'm feeling.
- testosterone blend at 600mg/week.
- tren acetate at 75mg/eod. I will throw the tren in for four weeks throughout the 6 month period to really dial things in.
- Anadrol at 50mg/day for 4 weeks every other month. I stay lean and hard on anadrol and I do not retain much water from it at all.
Diet
I am going to be in that 40/40/20 realm. I find that works best for me as I stay very lean on this diet. I usually end up adjusting my carbs higher than my proteins. I keep my carb sources very simple - rice, oats, potatoes, etc. I use all lean meats for my protein sources and I'm not a big shake guy (post workout is the only shake I do). I prefer to get as much as possible from food and not from a shake as I'm sure most of you do too.

- multi vitamin
- fish oil
- hemp seeds
- mct oil
- 25 billions probiotic
- BCAA's
- creatine mono
- my protein is called Clean Gainer by Rivalus. Stuff is the shit!
Hopefully I didn't leave anything out and if anyone has any questions or feedback or whatever just let me know. Like I said, hopefully some brothers will follow along and help keep me dialed in!

Food so far today
- breakfast was two whole eggs, six egg whites, and two cups of oatmeal
- snack was a lenny and larry's snickerdoodle complete cookie
- post workout shake - clean gainer
- lunch was 4oz of chicken, 2 cups of diced sweet potatoes, quinoa salad
training - shoulders with light volume quads and hamstrings
- seated dumbbell shoulder presses
- seated front raises supersetted with seated rear delt raises
- seated lateral raises supersetted with reverse pec deck
- smith machine presses - drop set until failure
- leg extensions supersetted with lying leg curls (4 sets of 30 reps each)
gear
- test mix 200mg(1/2 cc)
- tren ace 75mg (3/4 cc)
- 50mg anadrol pre workout
- 2 units hgh upon waking and 2 units hgh post workout

Dinner with the wife and kids - huge cheat meal, I'm a sucker for southern food. Specifically - anything fried. Fried chicken, macaroni and cheese, and green beans.

Weight as of this morning - 202.7 (202 even yesterday)
Breakfast - 6 egg whites and two whole eggs.
Snack - complete cookie
2iu's hgh upon waking

snack - tuna pack, almonds
dinner - same as lunch
Snack - 2tbspn peanut butter
2iu's hgh around 12pm
50mg anadrol - 25mg morning, 25mg afternoon
No training due to working late
