      Questions

Ok. So I'm an auto technician. I work in an environment where the summer heat is killer. One of my biggest delimmas has always been how physically demanding my job is. I don't know if this exactly the right thread to ask. But due to my job it's always difficult to know how much of everything I need. I.E. water, protein, carbs. Etc. My job is a lot like an 8 hour workout. I sweat constantly. And I'm squatting. Lifting. Pushing. Pulling. Etc. I try and eat and drink as much water as possible. Often we're pressed to get the job done. Or stuck knee deep in a diagnostic nightmare. So I can't always keep up. So I guess suggestions on easy nutrient packed food ideas or rules of thumb for water intake would be greatly appreciated. I've managed to make some gains in the past by literally eating like every hour and drinking protein shakes. Trying to stay hydrated. But I'm about to start a cycle in 2 weeks and trying to prep as best as possible for it.

      Thanks in advance.
