Worked out with the coach last night
Chest
Incline DB
Bench press
Pinch press flat bench
Pinch press incline
Incline flyies
Incline push ups to failure with bands
Push ups till failure
And worked on posing
Upping my salt intake to try and help stabilize my water weight through out the day.

Morning bro, you will really shred with that combo but me mindful of the tren...make sure you really discuss that with your coach. The sides are a real bitch for some, myself included.

I've ran it before. I get a touch cranky. Lol other than that not to bad and that was at a higher dose so hopefully this will go pretty smooth.

Coach upped my salt and water intake. Stuck at 190 for the last few days. I'm sure it's just my body getting used to the change.

Calf raises on sled
