Nutrition as stated above nothing changes. This morning at 197lbs.

Afternoon bro, got a late start but still grinding over here...
Worked out with the coach went over some posing and we done chest and shoulders. Tonight done legs , Lats and biceps. Oh and he's have me do cardio every training day. Row machine 30sec on 30 off for 5 mins. That kicked my ass today.
