Looks like a good start...hey what's the mindset on the back to back shakes at the end of the day??? Are they pre and post workout??? I like seeing how different coaches do things differently is all, more knowledge you gain the better. This is a similar macro set up that my coach uses for me since I am carb sensitive, I do high protein, med/low carbs, and med/high fats. I believe hiring a coach is the best thing you can do bro...your gonna make some amazing changes and I like that he has you on 500mg test only to see how your body responds.
