Meal 5 is after work out and The last one is right before I go to bed. I actually mix meal 4 and 5. I started to eat meal 4 early but after I got home I was really hungry so I switched up it more like 1-2-3-5-4-6 it easier for me and I'm not so hungry. He said that was fine to do. It's all in how I react to food so we will change this a lot I'm sure. He is a really good coach and has won many bodybuilding comps he's now into strongman comps. It definitely going to be fun. I was at 197 this morning and last night a had my bf% checked for a base and I was at 8.8% so that a good start.

Your correct bro, its gonna change a lot...he's gauging how you react first off then about a month in he will adjust it and add extra cardio and take away food more than likely. Make sure you ask him lots of questions and learn as much as possible from him and don't be afraid to give an opinion or express a concern after all that's what your paying him for. Stay the course and your gonna do great bro...shredded in 15wks time!!!

Yes he's a really good guy easy to talk to. It's just started and I'll have lots of questions for him.
