Badgalaxie 15 week prep for physique competition
Last night was back and some shoulders and biceps
Deads 5x5
BB rows 15x5
Bent over DB rows 15x5
Seat cable row 15x5
BB biceps curls 15x5
Lateral raises 15x5
Crunches
Seated calf raises 15x5
Pull ups as a finisher
Nutrition as stated above nothing changes. This morning at 197lbs.
Tonight I work out with my trainer so I'll see what he has for me.

Worked out with the coach went over some posing and we done chest and shoulders. Tonight done legs , Lats and biceps. Oh and he's have me do cardio every training day. Row machine 30sec on 30 off for 5 mins. That kicked my ass today.
