Worked out with the coach went over some posing and we done chest and shoulders. Tonight done legs , Lats and biceps. Oh and he's have me do cardio every training day. Row machine 30sec on 30 off for 5 mins. That kicked my ass today.

What lab are you running? What your cycle look like? Id guess youre running proviron with SHBG that low. Looking good bro.
