Coach wants to see me around 178 to 180 lbs by show I'm stuck at 197 but it will come off.

2lbs a week and your pretty much there...I would expect he may want you to try clen closer to your comp. you can drop like 5lbs a week once the diet is all dialed in. Looking leaner in that pic...midsection taking shape now.
My advice for you is to take your pics each week and compare side by side then look for small changes so that you see what your coach is looking for and saying he is seeing. Just a little more of a line here and there make a big difference in a months time. It's a major mind fuck during a cut your gonna loose strength and look flat most of the time but steady the course your coach has a plan and you have to trust him.

Yes he's said clen, winny, and sustanon. He has a plan I'm just going to follow. It will be definitely a mind fucking. But all will be good. I send him pics every week and work out with him once a week.

Sounds like a good plan to me...it seems to me that he's seeing how you react with as little compounds as possible so that's a good thing. Your progress each week will be slow at first that's just dialing it in but the last 6wks or so man changes are amazing. Expect to be doing lots of cardio and starving in the near future brother....in the end its all worth it, you will be in the best shape of your life it will shock you.

It's definitely a day by day, hour by hour. I did do good today went to the lake and took my chicken for lunches. While other are eating really good stuff but I stayed with my chicken all alone. Lol. It was a great day today.
