Fasted cardio advice?
I just got off my summer hours (thank god, way to long of a day) so I am able to get back into the gym in the mornings for cardio.
Currently I'm still trying to cut to get my bf down low as possible before starting my cycle.
I got up this morning, brewed a cup of coffee and went to the gym. I did the treadmill at 15% incline 4mph, tried to keep my heart rate around the 140 mark (my resting is around high 50's-low 60's) for around 30 mins.
After that I went home and ate my eggs than went to work.
Is this the optimal range for fat loss? I also do 20mins cardio after my workouts
I am also keeping my carbs very low for now and my protein high for optimal fat loss currently.
Thanks for any advice brothas!

For reference the pic on the right is my current. I'm 5'9", 208lbs currently.
Plan to start my cycle in sept so keeping carbs low and hoping to get my bf as low as possible beforehand.
Plan to cycle prop+var

Im confused.
Do you go gym twice a day? Morning cardio only. Night weights then cardio?
Or is it once a day, cardio, weights then cardio?

Fasted cardio in the am.
Weights in the evening (followed by a protein shake) and another higher intensity cardio round after weights.

I don't want to sound like a fuckwit. But i really don't think there is much benefit in fasted cardio. I would focus mainly on the weights and putting muscle mass on to burn fat and add 3-4 extra non fasting cardio workouts per week. Post workout cardio is defo good though.
But that's just me and what i have learned works best for me. Hopefully someone else tunes in that can be of more help lol
Goodluck, train hard

Thanks for the advice bro.
I am planing to put some more mass on during the cycle! Like I said, I am currently sitting at 208 and want to get to higher 190's-200lbs before I start the cycle. That's why I threw in the fasted cardio.
Basicaly I have one month before starting cycle to drop 8-10lbs.

Yeh the one month bit is where the urgency kicks in, maybe some clen or dnp low dose for some extra help?

I follow the same schedule. To me fasted cardio is king. When that slows I add cardio after training.
