Who knew taking a week off of everything could make such a difference.. I haven't been this sore in a LONG time. I'm just thankful my strength hasn't suffered.
Back day and rear delts today
Warmed up with 3 sets lat pulldown 8-12
Reverse Grip Lat pull
Low Row
One arm db rows
*3 sets 6-10*
Behind the neck lat pulldown
4 sets 12
Rear delt dumbbell raise
Cable face pull
*3 sets of 12*
6 sets calves
