I'm a big advocate of Carb cycling. I typically go 3 days 175 to 275 grams, 220 grams protein. Im 5 10, 215 off season. While cutting for a show or trying to get a client to drop a few extra pounds quick, I decrease them.

Also, I try not to change the carbs. Like today for me, I ate my chips still with my grilled chicken. It digest easy for me.
