Hey brothers. I am classic physique C competitor. Im all about symmetry, density and aesthetics. Currently on the last 6 weeks of my 20 week BLAST. lol .. I know long but I plan a great PCT with HGH and SARMS to keep estro off and hence gains. But I wanted to make the most out of this growing year. I had a show in April and dieted down too much and made weight at 200lb at 6 1'. After the show I was not happy bc I needed to grow to compete harder. Anyways Ill be logging here for the last 6 weeks the last push to add mass to my frame before taking some time off and then jumping into a Winter prep to Eary Spring.

7 -9 Days a week (2 two-a-days usually for some added focus on lagging body parts)

Monday: Chest (middle and outer)
Tuesday: Delts, Tris
Wednesday: Back, Bis
Thursday: Legs Hypertrophy (Quads & Calves)
Friday: Chest (upper), Traps, Tris
Saturday Morning: Back Saturday Night: Glutes & Hammies
Sunday: Legs Heavy (Quads & Calves)

Diet:
Monday- Friday (Workday)

Morning:
4 Rice Cakes
1 cup of greek yogurt
2 whole eggs
8oz of Egg Whites

Snack:
1 large Apple
2 scoops of Whey

Lunch:
8 oz shredded chicken
1 cup of white rice

Mid-Afternoon Meal
8oz chicken
1 cup of white rice

Pre workout:
5 rice cakes
1 protein shake

Post Workout
2 whole wheat wraps
2 tbps. of yogurt flavored dressing
8oz of chicken breast or 10 oz of lean beef


Before Bed:
1 protein shake

Total Cals: ~4,000-5,000
