Well I have had a Log in the Aussie section for a little while but thought I would kick off a dedicated one for my offseason, along with healthy smothering sit my day to day bullshit, workouts, food, drugs and the rest.


Well a little background


I am 22 years old
5'10 and have been training for 5/6 years.


Living in Australia


Work In the industry


Recently competed in my first show, dieted for 9 weeks and came in at about 96kg or 215lb thereabouts


Now sitting at about 106kg 238lb and gaining


My offseason aas use will be constantly changing, but always pretty excessive, this is also my first time using hgh so going large


My protocol looks like


2000mg mixed ester test
1200mg mixed ester tren


25iu slin pre wo


Anadrol and halo pre workout just until my orals run out so a week or so to go


Will add some deca and test base when I get it


Will start at 6iu humatrope eod and will work up to 9iu maybe more


May introduce lantus


Primary goals are adding back thickness and growing my wheels so murdering them frequently


Split is push pull legs off repeat


Sometimes I'll do a day of delts abs calves whatever smaller body parts I miss, usually as a kind of half speed day with no heavy cns loading
