I took Monday off as, I had family things to do like Santa pics and family dinners. But, now I'm back last night I was too exhausted to post my workout so figured I'd share this morning as, I drink my folgers.
Last night was hamstring and calves
Kneeling hammy curls
5x14 1 plate each side
Seated hammy curls
5x12 130lbs
Str8 leg dead lift
5x15 135lbs
Db lungs
30lb 4x21 steps
Calves
seated calf raises
8x14 4 plates
Donkey calf raises
8x14 full stack
Standing barbell calf raises
8x14 225
Yesterday was a bit of a cheat meal for me.
Breakfast
I had a left over half of a porterhouse and egg whites
Snack
Protein shake
Banana chips
Lunch
Ground turkey
Jasmine rice
Snack
protein shake
Mandarins orange
Dinner
Fried chicken strips
French fries and gravy
(Needless to say this meal tore my tummy up)
Pre-sleep protein shake

Last night I destroyed back so it was late and was too beat to post in log.
Started with alternating wide grip lat pulls did a lighter weight was training for volume last night
Front lat pull down to back 10 n 10 for a set
4 sets
Then seated free weight rows super settled with wide t bar lat pulls downs
12 n 12
4 sets
Str8 lat pull downs and reverse lat pull downs
15 n 15
Deadlifts
4x15 only 225
Seated machine rows
5x12
Then a sculpting exercise
4x12
Mixed in 5 ab exercises at the end.
I must say that volume workout always kicks my ass and gives me a great pump

Nice grind! Good volume. It reminds me of a workout. I was following the Arnold Encyclopedia and basically did a complete back and bicep workout 2hrs and looked at the next exercise on the list and it was 5 sets of deads. I was like WTF maybe after a lunch break. I tried to do it but I was spent. Hit the shower and left.
If you keep up this lifting schedule you are going to be getting some huge gains!
