Anabolic Energy Sponsored Log
I have recieved my sponsored geared from anabolic energy and I'm stoked to be starting a log with these guys. I recieved 3 bottles of radjay test e 300 and 200 10mg dbol tabs.
I will be running 750mg test a week and 80 mg dbol a day. My diet stays 99% clean i only ingest complex carbs vast majority of time but, no ones perfect.
My workout splits are mondays chest and shoulders
Tuesdays first split of legs quads
Wed back and core
Thursday bi n tri
Friday. Hammies and calves
Pinning schedule sundays and Thursdays

Today took first pin of 375mg of radjay test e 300 went in very smooth. 80mg dbol taken.
Todays workout started my week early so did chest and shoulders.

So today was the dreaded leg day split. Which sucks for me bc i work 10 to 12 hrs a day on my feet.
Laying squat press (narrow base to hit quads)
1x15 6 plates each side
1x12 8 plates each side
1x12 10 plates each side
1x burnout 6 plates
Hack squat
4x15 4 plates
Leg raises
60lbs
Single leg 25 reps
***superset***
Both legs 25 reps
5 sets of this superset
135 bar squats
4x30
80mg dbol taken today.
I felt pretty solid today will begin posting meal breakdowns probably Monday or so of next week.
