Hit some cardio first thing tonight at the gym. 40 min on the elliptical. Started smashin back with some deads today. Feel like I got hit by a truck at this point lol.
Deadlift. 1x10x275lbs 4x10x315 1x15x225
SS with wide grip lat pulls. 1x25x100 4x12-15x140
narrow neutral grip lat pulls. 4x12-15x130lbs
one arm lat pulls. 5x15x50 each side. I really like the single hand pulls. I feel like i can really focus on pulling only with the lats and a good hard squeeze at full contraction.
DB rows face down on incline bench. 3x10x50lbs 2x10x40lbs
Once I got these done, even though Id have liked to do more, I just had nothing left in the tank. I think I may have to shorten my pre weights cardio up a bit to maybe 20 min or just have the discipline to do it after weights. Easy to make the time to lift after cardio but not so much the inverse....
