Put a pretty good smashin on the ol legs today. I am curious to see how my recovery is on this diet. Overall today I feel decent...not great but ok. No headaches today but I was a little tired. Felt like my energy was pretty good in the gym but also felt like I was a tiny bit weaker than normal. Time will tell.
Squats. 2x12x135 2x10x225 2x8x315 1x4x365 1x8x315 and 4x10x225
Straight leg deads with 50lb DBs. 4x12 really try to concentrate on a straight lower back and a hardcore stretch at the bottom only pulling with hams and glutes
Seated and standing calf raises. 6 sets each 15-20 reps followed each set with assisted bw calf raises on the floor trying to get as complete contraction as possible.
SS leg curls and extensions. 4 sets of super high reps at various weights. couple sets of 40, 20, and one set of 10
Meals were something like this:
1. 2 eggs, 28g full fat cheddar, 1 pork sausage patty, 1/2 avacado, 1 tbsp grass fed butter
2. Big salad, 2 tbsp olive oil, 28g cheese, 1/2 avacado, 80/20 burger patty
3. 2 eggs, 28g full fat cheddar, 1 pork sausage patty, 1/2 avacado, 1 tbsp grass fed butter
4. 28g smoked almonds
5. big salad, cheese, 2 strips bacon, 1/2 avacado
2749 cals (about 150 over what i wanted but I was hungry today lol) 232g fat, 117g protein, 72 carbs total (about 30 net)
Back at it today with a "normal" diet. Macros are loosely as follows 2400 cals, 80 fat, 215 pro, 215 carbs. I am planning to manipulate the carbs and total cals just a bit through the week for example.

Off days (cardio only) 2000
Today the gym felt great, had some awesome back and bi pumps like I have not had in a few weeks. Cardio last week was 20 min miss, this week upping it to 30 min total with the last 5-10 min hiit. Feeling like I got a hell of a workout.

Up a few lbs but thats ok. 209 this morning pre poo. Started clen yesterday at 25mcg and up to 40 today.
Hit shoulders yesterday and had a decent workout. Now my left shoulder is really bothering me instead of the right. I managed to just push thru the pain. A little sore today but nothing serious. Hit another 30 min cardio too.
Tonight is arms and abs followed by some more cardio.
Stil on low dose, 200mg\wk, until i see these abs.....
