FREE CONTEST PREP
Hey Brothers,
I am a seasoned NPC BBer in the lower weight open classes (LW,WW, and MW). In the off season, I walk around in shape around 200lbs and then compete anywhere from 154-170lbs. I am offering free contest prep advice that would benefit people in similar classes. I have worked with a few top level coaches and I want to give back to this forum. Please feel free to message me and I will help you as best as possible with training, dieting, cycles, cardio, etc.

Hey Guys,
Here is a brief rundown of what I have going on this prep:
Cycle: 400mgs of Test P, 400mgs of Tren E, 12.5mcgs of T3 (prescribed), 1mg of A.I M-W-F (prescribe), 50mgs of WinniV ED, Clen cycle off and on every two weeks, ECA non clen weeks
Training: Mon Chest / Tue Back / Wed Shoulder / Thurs Arms / Fri Legs- Weekends some arms/shoulders (my weak points)
Cardio: ED 30 minutes post workout

Chest Workout-Monday
High Pulley Cable Flys - 5 sets of 15
Flat Barbell Bench - 4 sets
Incline DBs - 4 sets
Decline Machine Press - 4 sets
Incline Bench Cable Flys - 7 sets of 11
Concept - Warm up with flys...press hard and heavy..finish with tons of blood to the pec.
