Was able to make it to the gym for a late night back workout.
BW pull-ups 3 sets 10-12 reps
Lat Pulldown 3 sets 10-12, with one DS of 20 reps
Plate Loaded Seated Row 3 sets 10-12 reps
Hammer Strength Low Row 3 sets 10-12 reps
Seated Cable Row 2 sets 10-12 reps
DB pullover 2 sets 10 reps

Started to get worn out at the end that's why I only did 2 sets of the last few exercises. Back was pumped after the lat Pulldowns and was a good "painful" pump when stretching out the lats between sets.

Been sweating more and more throughout the night, but not soaking sheets or anything.

Off day today. Back at it tomorrow with arms and calves.

Only had one bad experience when I pulled the pin out and a legit jet stream of blood shot out across the room for about 3-4 seconds. Didn't hurt or anything after just freaked my out seeing blood shoot out like that from my body. I didn't even try to grab the alcohol swab to put over it, just froze up staring at it. Luckily I was standing on tile and not carpet or else I would've been screwed.

Dude yeah mine was he same but not quite as bad. Didn't hurt what so ever. Really weird hahah.
