So I decided to skip my TRT dose last night in hopes that it may help the Letro blast the remants of this gyno. It's not noticeable in the mirror but I can still feel it in there. Fortunately it doesn't feel like it's calcified and seems to be going down by the day.
Despite that and my estro being in the shitter, had a damn good workout today. Everything felt good and destroyed last week's workout:
20 minutes stretching
2000 meter on the water rower
All sets are working sets and after stretching and acclimation sets as needed:
Barbell Bench x 5
Incline DB Bench x 3
Dips x 3
DB Pullover x 3
3 sets of pushups to failure
