Still not fucking sleeping but managed to get a better workout in. For the first time in a month or so I actually contemplated not doing it.
Didn't hit the rower today, just did some stretching and then some progressively heavier warmup sets on bench before getting into working sets.
Flat Bench x 5
Inclined DB Bench x 5
TRX Presses x 3
Dips x 3
Pushups x 3
I'm really anxious to get these blood results in....hoping maybe they'll provide some insight into why I'm feeling the way I am.
I did go ahead and start Nolva yesterday since nips were a bit sensitive and getting puffy. Going to make the switch to Asin as well once bloods are back. I have a feeling it's the dbol more than the test. The dbol is ending after Sat so we shall see.

Sooo apparently Dbol and I don't get along. I mean, he seemed like a good lover at first. Came on a little strong, aggressive, maybe didn't use enough lube or cuddle after, but hey there's a time and place for that kind of thing.....anyway though it just didn't work out in the long run.
The shit seriously turned me into a a gyno prone water balloon with a head cold and insomnia. It just felt dirty, too. I've been off it going on 3 days and I already feel better.
I'm sure there was some muscle and strength gain that can be attributed to it. So far I've lost 6lbs since stopping. I've got cuts and abs I forgot I had. Down to 178 from 184 last Monday, but hey I'm still 20lbs ahead of where I started.
Still waiting on fucking LabCorp.....still taking Nolva. Switched to Asin. Nips feel better. Nothing that I would consider gyno lumps as I've heard them described. Gonna stick with the protocol until shit is 100% gone.
I'm onto Anavar now....25mg twice per day for the next 8 weeks. Pending of course it's a better lover than the rough fag Dbol, but with a nickname like Lady Var I think we'll get along just fine.
Here's to hoping that all the weight I'm dropping is just water and that strength continues to go up this week now that I'm off the Dbol.....
My workout today was fixing fence and irrigation lines out in our pasture where we keep the yearlings now that the snow has melted and weather permits. They're curious little fuckers:

Felt so much better this morning than I have for a while. Slept better. No congestion. More alert upon waking.
The plan was to do legs and then biceps....but doing biceps today was just not an option.
Stretch then 1000 meters on water rower
200 Hindu Squats
5 sets Squats
3 sets TRX one leg lunges
3 set kettlebell squats, wide stance
3 set SLDL's
I know it doesn't sound like a lot, but intensity was on point. Maybe it's because I dropped the Dbol and switched to Var. Legs were on fire, I could barely walk or keep drink down. No way I was doing another body part.

Here's the blood test results as promised. I wonder how different the Estradiol and HDL levels are now that I've stopped the dbol and switched to Asin from Adex. Going to up the healthy fats a bit too. I definitely feel better.
Anything else anyone thinks I need to be concerned about looking at this?
I think the Test levels are where they should be for 250mg per week. I was under 300 at one point this year.

Switched things up a bit due to not doing biceps yesterday, but fucking killed it. Workout took over 50% longer than I typically like but I'm OK with.
I decided to alternate between bi's and tri's, then shoulders and traps. 30 sec to 1 min rest in between sets.
Stretch then 1000 meters on water rower, then lots of warm up for the bi's/tri/shoulders
Alt between chin ups and dips, 3 sets each to failure
Alt hammer db curls and x-mas tree push ups, 3 sets each to failure
Alt seated incline db curls and TRX overhead tri extensions, 3 sets each to failure
Alt db side laterals and shrugs, 3 sets each
Alt kettlebell front raises and shrugs, 3 sets each
Back up over 180 again on the roller coaster that is my weight currently....but at least this time it was earlier in the day. I think I need to take a page outa fitraver's book and weigh myself daily, at the same time each day, and avg for the week.....
Still a skinny fucker, but getting there.

Today is my kinda off day.....stretched, did 20 minutes of cardio, then 15 sets of abs. 5 sets of leg raises, 5 sets of situps, and 5 sets of planks.
Also got some golf in yesterday. First round of the year (and first in almost 6 months) and still kept it in the 70's! I'm pretty sure I'm going to pick up some decent yardage this year with the added weight/strength. I'm already hitting it further than last year and I'm not even swinging that well yet.

Each day it's becoming more apparent how much that Dbol was fucking with me....I feel amazing currently even at a very low dose of test and Var. Weight is still going up after the initial drop of the Dbol water weight, and strength and stamina are going up too. All that comes second to how I feel in general though. I'm even sleeping so much better.
Back workout today was the best yet. Gained on every exercise.
Stretched, then 1000 meters on the water rower
Warmed up by doing higher rep back exercises on TRX bands
5 sets of pull ups, strict form positive failure focus on negs especially on last rep
3 sets dumbell rows
3 sets hammer pull ups (narrow grip palms facing) strict form positive failure focus on negs especially on last rep
3 sets barbell rows
3 sets reverse flies (TRX bodyweight)
Scales said 181 this morning. I feel fuller though and am seeing more definition and vascular.
Still on 40 Nolva per day, but the nip pain is almost completely gone. Swelling is down, virtually no puffiness. Still a little lumpier in there than pre dbol but you definitely can't even tell just looking at them.

respect the liver huh...same for me now on a low dose.gaining..take as much gear as you like. if your body cant process it..no gains!!! just sides.. thou it was anadrol and diuretics that finished my last blast..had to bail due to liver issues.. glad you got out b4 that it got worse...

True that. I never expected to put on quality mass this quickly at 250mg/week even when I was also taking 20mg of Dbol. I was hoping to be 180 at the end of 12 weeks, not 3-4 weeks in with 8 weeks still left lol Seeing these results on tiny doses makes me wonder what if...what if I go up to 500 per week....and maybe throw some NPP or Tren in there since I've already stockpiled a bunch of shit lol.....but I know that's the wrong way to go about it as you said. We want want quality mass that's going to stick around post cycle, and no fucking sides (well, no fucking sides from sheer stupidity and greed, anyway)!
