Another solid workout today. More improvement on the gyno I think skipping my Wed dose helped. Hoping to be 100% cleared up at this rate by next week.

Barbell Rows x 3


V-Bar Pull-Ups x 3

Rack Pulls x 3



This may be my last post in this log. I hit my goal of 200lbs this year even despite a number of setbacks. I probably won't consider running another cycle until the new year. If I decide to start logging again it'll probably be a new log after the new year.
