      Calisthenics and Weightlifting Routine

      How beneficial do you think training weights mon- wed- Fri and calisthenics tues- thurs-sat would be versus just weights monday- Saturday?

      I believe in a systemic break from weights if you lift very intensely, meaning I never train intensely 2 days in a row. Every other day is the most I go but that's the most my genetics allow for. Believe me I've tried 5-6 days a week and it crushes my immune system and my strength doesn't increase no matter the gear protocol. It's individualistic though, if you're a genetic freak like Ronnie Coleman you can do 2 a days 6 days a week probably without gear (he got his pro card natty then Flex hooked him up, which he probably came to regret). It's about finding what works for you in my humble opinion.
