I got my chicken thighs to go with my brown rice. About to put shark steaks on along with salmon.

I got tuna salad with eggs, onions pickle and mustard, chicken breast with no salt seasoning, grilled steak and talapia for protein sources. Sweet potatoes, and or rice and veggies for carbs, rice cakes with peanut butter, and or 1.1 oz. of almonds for fat sources.

Maybe switch it up with turkey cutlets or some bison patties. Rice is always the go to carb
