      first cut log

      hey guys this will be my first cut log,,,im 36 5'10 and at the moment sitting just a little north of 300...im top five ranked in bench press in my weigh class....goign to get some pictures up soon...Thought you guys would like to see this
      So at my gym is a older man but in great shape who competed back in the 70's and 80's.......he competed in mr america and mr universe several times....So i was telling about trying to cut down but i said i dont know what to do think you could help???? hell yes was his reply,,,well the next day he came at me with 5 pages hand written.so we went over it....his ways are different but do sound really good......

      on training he says building muscle is not my problem, He says you have plenty of dense thick muscle, so with trainijng we just want to maintain the muscle you have but shred you down....so basic compound exercises here it first 4 weeks

      monday: breathing squats 1x20 (warm-up to max weight of 20)
      pullovers breasthing 1x30
      bench press: 3x6
      incline bench 2x6
      pulldown 3x6
      calf,ab

      wed military press 3x6
      bar curl 3x6-8
      close gri9p bench 3x6-8
      hammer curls 3x6
      dips 1x as many as you can
      rope pusjdown 3x15
      ab,calf,forearm

      friday chins 2 sets one wide one close
      deadlifts 3x6
      close grip pilldown 3x8
      row 3x10
      db bench 3x12-15
      calf/ab

      Meal #1
      meAL 1
      8 oz. lean beef or turkey, 3 egg whites & 1 yolk, 1 grapefruit
      Meal #2
      3 scoops Ultimate Muscle Protein, 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
      Meal #3
      8 oz. chicken or turkey breast 2 cups vegetables
      Meal #4
      3 scoops Ultimate Muscle Protein, 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
      Meal #5
      10 oz. lean meat (chicken, turkey, fish, 93% or leaner beef, etc.), 4 cups salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumbec.), 2tbs. Newman’s Own Oil and Vinegar or Balsamic Dressing
      Meal #6
      4 oz. chicken or turkey breast; 6 egg whites; 1 cup omelet vegetables
      Carb Load Meal:
      Monday and Thursday: In place of meal 6 or as an added 7th meal if your condition warrants it: 1.5 cups oatmeal (precooked) or cooked rice, 10 oz. sweet potato, 1 medium banana, 1 cup vegetables, 1 tablespoon butter, almond butter or oil to prolong the positive effects of the carb up meal and stabilize your blood sugar through the night.

      Eq 1000mg wk 1-16
      tren 100mg ed 10-16
      clen/t/3 three weeks on 3 weeks off
      Ketotifen weeks 2-3 2mg ed
      animal cut 2 packs everday on 3 weeks off

      ghrp 6 100mcg 3 times a day on empty belly (before fasted cardio, pre night workout and middle of night)

      ive never seen a carb load like that before but there a more than one way to skin a cat lol and did I read that right cardio in the middle of the night ?!

      That's a hardcore diet. Props to you for taking the plunge on it. Too many people like to cut corners in their diets ( I've been guilty of it myself) and compromise the results.
      Good luck on the cut brother!
      Is their a certain bf% or weight goal you're shooting for?

      Yes running tren ace......You know i really do not have a number in mind im going to run this 16 wks and see what im looking like....i have a big bench press meet in dec so now is really a good time for to run a nice cut....As far as weight goes im going to weigh once a wk just to have a number to put down i have always thought the mirror was best way to judge.....thanks for the feedback guys.......today is day one well when i wake up it will be lol

      Good luck man! I agree to not get too caught up with the scale. I think doing this cut will give you. Numerous health benefits and make u stronger in the long run
