Legs today...i skipped back because I am trying to rest it a bit..i have a pinched nerve right between the shoulder blades. I can train pretty much like normal but it keeps me from getting a good night's sleep so I need to get it healed up.
Also I have been eating 1-1/2 to 2 cups of oats in my first meal and eating more snacks thru the day...burning calories on tren like a mofo! I suppose a little gray top HGH helps too...but I can't put on fat if you pay me to.
My workout for today...

Woke a 4 and have work today. Went with 45 min of cardio for an active rest day. I may do weights later depending on how I feel.

Took the day off yesterday...needed to be home all day to throw a BBQ party .
So yesterday I ate sausage and peppers, pasta with grilled chicken and some cheese. Then I ate some turkey London broil and some other kind of sausage along with a delish beet salad that had walnuts and goat cheese.
Then dessert came....
A big piece of ice cream cake and a whole bunch of brownies and cookies. Then later I had ice cream sandwiches...
So I ate healthy and lite during the day and crushed the junk but hey....IIFYM!

What's up savages? Been on vacation camping with my family. Fun and brutal at the same time.
I actually didn't take any tren mast or ugh for about 4 days and ate crazy tons of food. The whole time abs popping and veins all over the place. Interesting experiment. You can take maybe a week off of the tren and see no negative changes and then jump right back on and all those extra dirty cals go right muscle mass!
So overall my diet hasn't been this loose in years especially around summer time. I went back to the gym today and a guy I know said I looked bigger and harder! Unreal is the tren and mast and of course 5iu of hgh..

Up at 0415 on the gym floor by 0600. Solid chest and arms today.
Dips - lots of em!
Preacher curl
HS incline
Tri rope push down
Rope hammer curls
DB fly
Eating 1-1/2 cups of oats with pro powder and raisins just to start and now going to eat big eggs and more oats!
I can eat and eat and eat...tren won't let it go no where else but to muscle.

Some R & R today. Sent my little daughter to preschool and me and the missus went to the beach and just sat there very quietly...ahhhhh peace and quiet...
Then we went to a fish shack and ate blackened salmon on a roll with sweet potato.
That's it my friends...no training just rest and growth!
