BW pull ups- 6,8,6,5,5,4,3,3 = 40 reps
DB shoulder press- 6 sets
HS rows
Seated DB lateral raise
Cable lat pull down
Reverse fly
I love the gym at 5 am... quiet and serious fuckers in there...some young hotties too!
