What a morning! Up so early and I was pissed I couldn't sleep more but I used that energy to train legs...

Same here, im also using even last energy for even smaller load than planned... No pain no gain...
And also jefit user, nice app btw.

Today I knocked out a little HIIT training with my PT.... he said it seems my cardio has diminished a little and I look like I'm struggling more. I felt it too actually. Not sure if it's because of the tren or not.... well even of tren is the culprit I ain't stopping! Loving the gains and the look o have!
