      Push ...started with face pulls to warm up the shoulder joint. It's not a push exercise but it does hit rear delts and shoulder work is being done anyway. It made my shoulder joint feel warmer and ready for pressing.

      Ok so I am pretty happy with my current routine...3 weight sessions a week with 1 or 2 HIIT sessions and 1 or 2 LISS and mountain biking when weather is favorable. Mt Biking is more Like HIIT so if I ride once or twice a week that S my HIIT. And I probably won't do any LOSS. So it's all variable.
      I was doing a push legs pull but I just switched to a slight variation..
      Back bis/tris
      Legs
      Chest/shoulders

      Being a guy who works shift work and can have some pretty hard and sleepless shifts I need to take days off when needed. This routine helps me maintain consistency with my workouts when I miss a day here and there.

      Options are...
      When feeling good/ rested and missing bike rides due to weather I can increase workout days or add in an arm day.

      When feeling beat up I can keep it to 3 days weights and reduce volume and forego any type of HIIT.

      There are many ways to work it.

      Today was Chest and shoulders.

      DB bench press
      Dips
      Landmine shoulder press
      DB lateral shoulder flies
      Pec Dec
      Upright row
      All 3 sets hypertrophy range.

      Today was legs before work
      Diet has been off. Missing meals...goong heavier on the carbs....eating a little junk here and there.
      Next blast starts in 3 weeks.
      PSL T400 & Primo
      I will be running 800/800.

      Now I know all you feel Tren is the shit....and ya know...i guess you are right. But I'm 44 with a kid and work and life with all its stress moments
      ..i gotta just chill a bit!
      I find primo to be the absolute shit if you want good quality gains and not too hard on ya it's a great compound.
