      Today.
      Slept like shit...thunderstorms all night and I just could get in the zone...so I literally woke up like a zombie. No training for today maybe do some chorse around the house...they do need to get done so may as well...tbc

      I kept getting a really stiff neck while training and I would also wake up with one..no clue if it's the var I'm just toying with the dose to see what happens.

      Today I did some hard nasty yard work...bent over ripping up ivy that crept over from the neighbors...all those roots go all over the place. Then I put some plastic edging up . Then I went and picked up mulch and laid out the bags. To.orrow I lay down landscape cloth and then the mulch gets put on top...
      Then I'm getting the wheel barrow and loading up all this old firewood that's sitting in the back. That's hard work like Rocky 3 style...
      It's man's work ! You don't even have anything to grip proper like a dumbbell and you don't know what it weighs..and ticks are jumping on you and you get all dirty . This ain't like hanging out in an air conditioned gym bro! Haha
      I'm not grabbing any protein drinks aftef...no way I'm drinking Budweiser outta the can with a shot of wild turkey... going for that 70 dad bod bros!
      Ya know real lean no fat...no muscle and that distended stomach. Lmao

      When I do yard work like this I load the wheelbarrow full and do laps around the yard for some nice old fashioned load carries. Load carries are a great addition to any work out! Good stuff bro!!

      Slept well and feel like today is going to be a good day with positivity and hard training.

      On the docket for today;

      I use a local guy who does meal plans... I usually buy about 5 or 6 meals for the week to just fill in for when I'm not able to cook or whatever...he makes great London broil which re heats in the micro wave nicely...so first thing is to go pick up that.
      Next is to make it to the gym by 9 for my 930 training session with my PT. Probably doing HIIT today. I like to get there early to stretch and warm up. I see his clients walk in like they just got out of bed and just get there in time. They waste 5 or 10 min warming up!
      Besides waking up early.... being early for certain appointments is a move that most successful people are known for. I at least try to emulate what these successful types do in order to keep me on a path to succes.

      Of course success can be relative. My version of it may not be the same as someone else's version. So this ties into a very important point....
      You are successful if you believe you are....not what someone else's interpretation of success is. In fact if you try to be successful according to another's terms you may never feel fullfilled...and a feeling of fulfillment comes when you follow the path to your own happiness....thats success!
