Thanks for that. So true Bro, nothing worse than trying to keep up with someone elses success. I go at my pace and push myself when I know I'm slacking. It's the only way I can keep my sanity. Being myself and dancing like no ones watching.

On the docket for today;
I use a local guy who does meal plans... I usually buy about 5 or 6 meals for the week to just fill in for when I'm not able to cook or whatever...he makes great London broil which re heats in the micro wave nicely...so first thing is to go pick up that.
Next is to make it to the gym by 9 for my 930 training session with my PT. Probably doing HIIT today. I like to get there early to stretch and warm up. I see his clients walk in like they just got out of bed and just get there in time. They waste 5 or 10 min warming up!
Besides waking up early.... being early for certain appointments is a move that most successful people are known for. I at least try to emulate what these successful types do in order to keep me on a path to succes.
Of course success can be relative. My version of it may not be the same as someone else's version. So this ties into a very important point....
You are successful if you believe you are....not what someone else's interpretation of success is. In fact if you try to be successful according to another's terms you may never feel fullfilled...and a feeling of fulfillment comes when you follow the path to your own happiness....thats success!

Feels like 2 days past since I last post and it was only early this morning.!
Non stop and now I'm spent..sun hasn't even gone down yet and I'm ready for bed!

Chest shoulders and calves
1st exercise got cut off..it was hammer strength flat bench
Will be adding to diet ...i ain't done yet!

Damn bro! Up at 3:30am!? What time do u fuckin go to bed lol! My kids keep me up till 10~10:30 pm ish and i cant for the life if me get up before 5:30am!

Haha yeah it's a little nuts...i don't know what's wrong with me! I go to bed around 9 but there are plenty of times I fall asleep on the couch at 7! My wife gets pissed! Bare in mind this isn't every day. Tomorrow I will get up at 5...but I kinda gotta force myself back to sleep when my eyes open at 330 or 4...

On the way to the gym my stomach was feeling bloated and I had a little heartburn. I wasn't pre-hydration and felt like me energy levels were low. I met my PT for a legs and you guys know what a leg workout is all about...so now add in a trainer who makes you work even harder!
I just couldn't get into the zone. I racked the bar on my PT twice and gave up early on him...he was getting pissed cause he can see I had more in me...but my stomach was gurgling and felt that heart burn creeping up. Plus that bloated feeling was just adding to it.
After squats we went with BB SLDL and my lower back was cramping up. He said it's how I was squating. I didn't really want to hear that I was using bad form so we would up having a gentleman discussion of who was right and who was wrong.
I'm not gonna argue though. After all he is the PT and I'm the guy who could be picking up bad habits....
Overall I wound up hitting some machines and doing calves.
