Back and shoulders...
Started with 3o min of cardio and then.
BW pull ups- 6,8,6,5,5,4,3,3 = 40 reps
DB shoulder press- 6 sets
HS rows
Seated DB lateral raise
Cable lat pull down
Reverse fly
I love the gym at 5 am... quiet and serious fuckers in there...some young hotties too!

Very rough start this morning as I slept like hell all night. Expected a shit workout but went anyway. Turned out to be a fairly decent training sesh after all!
Just get there, show up and go thru the motions...maybe you will get an energy blast from your reserves...life,80% is just showing up.
Today's sesh...
Arms and calves...light weight with a lot of emphasise on usingbgood form with a full ROM and feeling the stretch and the squeeze.

Switching back to a 4 x.15 style routine.
Eating is pretty tight.
Rest is sub-par
Have some back cramping and a slight pinched nerve. Dealing with it.

So this morning was HIIT training with the PT after a month of doing no HIIT and only light cardio. I was feeling like it was going to suck but it was not so bad and although my trainer went easy he still put me in some tough situations that forced me to dig in and push hard. I find that I will not give up if I have this guy hovering over me and it's definitely worth the money.
Workout was sled push to bear crawl with sled. Some back work and some ab work that had me on the verge of tears all the while gasping for air.
