Today I hooked up with a group class. Stations rotated and hit all body just about. Light weight but a bunch of stuff I normally don't do like pistol squats with TRX bands to support myself.
Pretty cool stuff. Won't get you huge but that's what my resistance program is for. This is more for functionality.

Trained back bis and tris today. Felt good and trained hearty.
As of right now I am waiting for a new program for training and diet to come my way by none other than PSL athlete The Shadow .

So I was doing DB rows...and I was really charging hard and somehow I did something weird and tweked my knee

Day 2 of The Shadows program.
Upper/push
Smith incline
DB shoulder press
Dips
Bunch of accessory work and s upersets and giant sets.
Some good stretch
And nice pump work at the end.
No cardio
No HIT
No problem
Diet plan is different and fun! But since when is a bulk not fun.

Rest Day after a good Upper push session yesterday. Had to train in the basement cause my daughter stayed home from school for not feeling well.
Diet is going well. I'm eating more. I may be eating slightly under target but I'm at least eating more for now. I will tune up as we go.

Holy shit.! It's Monday and I just did a coming back from the dead being sick workout.
Last week my kid got sick and she stayed home and I watched her. As the week went by she got better as I got sick!
My chest was so congested and I had the chills. I figured I would be out all this week too. But unbelievable I actually managed to train this morning.
But I took it easy and just did a light Upper body session.
Which was fine. I didn't push too hard.
