Started of with
Breakfast and tbol detox pillls multivitamins and liver support follow up today is chest day and I will be posting pics and progress in mandatory!! No more fucken excuses!!!!!!

Today did anzel meal plan and dam I'm full but feel good killled chest start with flat bench and got my new pr of 365 then got my reps then incline 5 sets of 20,18,12,8,8
Decline same as incline
Did incline flys 5 sets till failure
Same with flat flys
Then burned out with 3 set of dips till failure I will post pics tomorrow stay tuned for results and feel free to point me the right direction
