I'm up at 4am every day. Pound something with caffeine (currently Amino Energy by ON), take a little HGH then some quick carbs and whey protein before working out.
I think I need to start getting up at 3:30 though....got too much shit to get done on the ranch in the AM on top of working out before I gotta head to the office and 4am is barely cutting it.
That's like me...4 just cut s it. Honestly if I wanna rush a bit I can get up at 4 but 330 allows me to inject my HGH and any gear I'm on ( drawing out oils and carefully injecting yourself takes some time).
I don't like rushing anyway.

Yea I should probably make that switch. Getting up early was easy when I couldn't sleep lol Now that I require sleep again I hate that I need to go to bed so early.
