The wake up early accountability log!
Just for the fun of it let's post up pics of when we wake up. I got the idea for this from a Navy Seal who has a podcast and talks about leadership and just all around motivational stuff.
Now I realized a long time ago if I want to train and eat right regularly I need to wake up earlier. If I want to run my gear responsibly and truly live this lifestyle, waking up early is the only way.
I.know my BOP brothers love sinking your teeth into this lifestyle like a big juicy rare steak so I come to the right place.
So just take a quick pic and post it to this log.
I wake up between 330 and 430 depending on the day...but obviously we all live a different life and work different hours..so it would be interesting to see what others are doing.

I hear you man,I'm up at 430 to hit the gym before I go to work for the day.
Was rough at first but now my day doesn't feel right unless I lift first.

Up at 4AM everyday for work - get off work at 130- train - work again 5-10PM. Repeat.
Def tough at first but like anything else, your body adjusts to it and it becomes routine.

I take many naps throughout the day. Luckily both my jobs are pretty free form in terms of supervision. As long I get the work done, I am left alone- I often close my office door and take a snooze in between tasks as much as I can to catch up on the Z's
I average 4 -5 hours straight through the night.
Pick up another 1-3 during the day with the naps.

I have recently started alternating morning and evening sessions to try to catch up on sleep but it sucks. i am going back to every morning.

I'm up at 4am every day. Pound something with caffeine (currently Amino Energy by ON), take a little HGH then some quick carbs and whey protein before working out.
I think I need to start getting up at 3:30 though....got too much shit to get done on the ranch in the AM on top of working out before I gotta head to the office and 4am is barely cutting it.

That's like me...4 just cut s it. Honestly if I wanna rush a bit I can get up at 4 but 330 allows me to inject my HGH and any gear I'm on ( drawing out oils and carefully injecting yourself takes some time).
I don't like rushing anyway.
