Your posts are a great read, thanks for sharing with random strangers. My wife is on GH and wants to up her game and run a real cycle which is how I found your posts. I want her to get her diet and exercise dialed in before that is even an option. Your story is going to be a great inspiration for her. Why thank you for the post and very kind compliments. Yeah I would love to do some gh but its not in the budget right now. What compound is she running with the gh? Have her read along... I havent updated in a week and a half so I'll really REALLY try and update everyday. This is a great way to hold myself responsible for things and keep track of myself wherever I may wander (yes the diet and training werent what they were supposed to be)

Morning Guys!
Its Chest and Tri Day! But also Laundry day
Between yesterday and last night I lost 3 lbs of water so I'm back at 207, hopefully I'll stay on track and get under 200 in the next week. Still running 27.5mcg of T3, 10mg Var - I havent taken any of the sarms since I stopped my period because I'm trying to figure out what did it but fuck it, today I start again.
Morning Meal
2 whole eggs, 1 egg white
1/2 cup of peppers and onions
1/2 tablespoon of clarified butter (guys please cook with this its amazing)
Health | 4 Unexpected Health Benefits of Ghee (Clarified Butter)
3oz of sirloin burger from last night.
AND THE MOST IMPORTANT PART! FRANKS RED HOT SEASONING!!!! BOYS IT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE!

Just a quick update. I slept in today so no gym... I was busy enough at work to get a full work out in lol besides, its hot as hell. I did get "aunti flow" today and I lost 2 lbs since this morning when I weighed myself LOL gotta love the GW and T3

Morning Fellas,
I know I havent been around and this has been the thorn in my side for the last year. Some updates... even though I'm not in the gym my weight and composition has been pretty much the same. I did buy a spinning bike bc I really need to get the rest of this fat off of me, I cant dedicate 2 hours in the gym that I would like so I thought doing 30 min when I woke up and time when I got back home before I went to sleep I could get some cardio in. I hate cardio lol
My diet has been all over the place so I have fluctuated 4 - 8 lbs this entire month ( I never should have started having cheat meals )
I am suspending my oils until after labor day ( I will still stay on 10mg of var to keep the gains I've made ) because again, I cannot dedicate myself to gym time, I will still do my workouts at home. I will start a new fresh cycle with my sponsored gear by Pharmacom.
I took pics of my legs lol I will post them up but the tinypic site is giving me issues. Hang tight.

I need some of that seasoning! I use Frank sauce a couple times everyday

I hear you with cheat meals. Some people can do it, some can't. I can't. I eat one damn Oreo, I wake up three days later in a dumpster in Tijuana covered in Cheetos and Snickers wrappers wondering what happened lol!

Yeah I honestly fell off of the wagon when I had my first cheat meal and now with work (summertime we always have a huge amount of OT that is offered to us) so I'm working 12 - 16 hour days. I should be at least 10 lbs under 200 but I'm maintaining between 201 and 205 which is ok right now because my diet is all over the place. Two days I'm good, one day I'm bad.
