      I want to thank all of you who reached out to me to record a log on here. I hope y'all will learn something and maybe this could possibly help your girl friends, wives or romper wearing, beta snowflake males.

      I was going to post one a while ago but I was so busy, all over the place and just inconsistent with everything - it would have been a waste. Now my head and heart are back in the game and it feels great.

      Little background on me:
      Female
      42
      5'7"
      City Folk
      Bloods usually normal - Low Vit D, borderline thyroid issues but with recent weight loss its all most gone.

      In my 20's I was a personal trainer and was going to compete with other trainers there. One in particular was going to be my training partner, I needed to put a little more muscle on my stature so he suggested I take these pills to help me gain muscle. Mind you, this is the 90's, we had no internet and I was young and stupid. Taking these pills I gained 25 lbs in 6 weeks, my voice changed, skin was oily, hair fell out and I had some (very mild) painful acne on my back. I come to find out that he gave me anadrol - so when you guys see me freak out and be paranoid about what I'm injecting in me... This is why.

      All of that passed, I have successfully ran var and win with some incredible results. I'll post pics another time. I got into a 3 year long relationship, was head over heels in love and bye bye went the gym. After that fiasco, I was single depressed and didnt care about anything. I thought I was ready for a new relationship but I guess I wasnt LOL This next one nearly put me into the ground - it was horribly abusive (verbally, mentally and emotionally) and I gained weight 100lbs - yes 100lbs. I was 140 at my best (when I was going to compete) so now I was 240. Now, I really didnt give a shit about myself, and put on another 30. So, at my heaviest I dont remember seeing the scale more than 276 (who knows if I was more than that). I refused to let people take ANY pics of me.. I do have 1 though that I didnt even know it was me.

      Being that heavy fucking sucks, everything hurts - hurts to breathe, move, walk, lay down. Interestingly enough, I never looked like those flabby fucks you see on the biggest loser, my adipose tissue was very dense and solid - almost like sumo wrestler because I used to eat A LOT at night. I had to make some drastic changes so I changed the way I ate... Long story short... cooking my meals and eating 2 hours apart - I lost 40 lbs and the more that came off the more I was motivated. I found BOP my chance and I read everything I could about gear again (it was a long time since I ran a cycle)....

      Fast forward to 3/18/17 at 236 lbs - my ex told me "if you dont get your shit together, you're going to wind up on "my 600 lb life"" hating the person who made your life miserable for 3 years and hearing them say that, it was all the fire I needed to get back to where I was. On 3/19/17 - I started a NO CARB diet with the help of Private Labels Phen. That got me down to 208 - 210.


      Sorry if I went on but the back story had to be told LOL

      I'm not some pretty little porn star looking gym bunny, sorry to disappoint some of you LOL I've worked my ass off, blood, lots of sweat and LOTS of tears have gotten me to where I am now. I'm getting so close I can taste it.

      So without further ado... here are the goods. I'm 3 weeks into my run, yes I should have done this sooner - I didnt think anyone would be interested in a female log.

      Here is the cycle -
      The NPP I had issues with, not the gear itself but I think I either didnt use a big enough pin or who the hell knows... But I STILL have hard welts under my skin on my delt. I try to massage it but it gets itchy as hell when I do. The dose I was using was 10mg so using a regular 3cc pin, there was nothing in the syringe - so I used slin pins. That's why I stopped the NPP - Now I'm pinning 50mg of win and 25mg of Primo E3D

      Please guys if you think I should tweak it, let me know. I will be adding t3 and clen eventually. Probably the end of this week so I will update the grid.

      For my food intake, because I still have around 30 lbs to go. I would like to be around 165ish - I'll be taking in 1880 calories.

      235g of Protein
      94g of Fat
      63g of Carbs

      I will carb cycle when its time. I used myfitnesspal for the first time today and it was pretty cool. I will back log a little with training and food this week.

      This sodium count in this is WAY off LOL but the rest of the macros are pretty spot on.

      Morning Fellas!

      That's the Key... CONSISTENCY - So I finished my night off with

      1 serving of Trader Joe's yogurt. 5.3oz it was honey flavored - threw it in a bowl. Put 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder in it which yields: 110 Calories, 0 fat, 1g carbs 27g protein. I added a 6 slices of banana and 1 tbsp of dark chocolate chunks.

      I woke up this morning 2lbs lighter

      Today is Back and Bi day

      Here are the supplements and vitamins I take everyday. LOL the Colon Cleanse is for the Phen Another Phen run is right around the corner!

      So we have BCAA's which taste like ass I hate the taste of the sweetner chemicals they put in shit now, so I have to cut it with powdered fruit punch gatorade. My "Shredded-AF" which is FIRE! Guys Steel Supplements makes some great products - this fat burner is awesome. Because I'm low in Vitamin D I take 4000iu's a day, 2000iu split am/pm, 1 B complex, Fish Oil am/pm, 1 baby aspirin because I have PFO with my heart. I have to be careful right now with what kind of stims I take, normally I can tolerate them quite well... but with the extra weight and my heart issue, I'll wait until I'm closer to my goal

      In terms of gear today

      10mg of var is on the menu. If I train in the morning, I do it fasted and have my post work out meal when I come home and get ready for work. Today IS my day off but I have to go in, duty calls.

      Thank you guys for all of your support, this actually helps and holds me accountable to my goals.

      Food So Far:

      1 cup of coffee with 2 tbsp of grass fed salter butter - its fucking amazing.
