1 to 1 1/2 hours except for monday My week day off i will do 2 to 3 hours split morn & Afternoon
try to keep mine like 60 to 90 mins if bulking but prob like closer to 50 mins when cuttin due to more supersets. then obvs youd factor in how ever long you do cardio in there
I'm always shooting for 1 hour but always ends up being about 1 1/2 hours.

20 minutes of cardio2-3x a day 3-4 days a week when cutting and 45 min workout. 60-90 minutes work when bulking or strength training and 20-30 min cardio 3-4x a week.

My workouts never exceed 40 minutes. Most of them last approx 25 minutes.
