      Typically never more than about 45-1hr. But Im off work for a month now so its a littlw different. Cardio was a brisk walk with Sugar this am. We did 1.7 miles. Came home for breakfast, ran a few errands then pre wo and spent 10mins on elliptical to warm up, then 90mins on chest and bi's. There were only 2 older men in the gym and they never touched anything except 20lb db's. It was epic!! Going to go at the exact same time for the next month. The staff dont even bother coming to the free weight room bcuz there are only 2-3 people in there. Its like having my own gym.

      im usually in the gym for 2.5hrs however 50 minutes of that is cardio.. and i work 2 body parts per session.. one large muscle group and one small.. and i never do two push or two pull groups in one workout so as not to over train the smaller muscle group...

      I'm usually in for about 90 min or so. Depends on how I feel. I let my body tell me what it wants.

      Depends on if I'm bulking, cutting, what muscle group, whether I'm doing cardio and if I feel that I hit my target muscle enough.
      Usually 45-90 minutes pumping iron with upper body.
      15-30 minutes of cardio (only when cutting).
