      I used to overtrain like crazy, like 2 hours a day, 6 days per week. Nowadays I try to plan my route through the gym before getting started, and keep it an intense 45-60 min, including abs. If just doing one muscle group, like biceps only, I'll be out in 30. Have had much better gains since making that change.

      I am cutting off my holiday weight rigght now, so I am only in the gym lifting for 20-30 minutes four times per week.

      When I am eating at a surplus the weight sessions are from one to one and a half hours four times per week.

      Between 60-90 minutes depending on what I'm working. That's without cardio and includes abs everyday. I also throw in four sets of calves almost everyday just to promote growth.

      Cortisol levels spike at 45 min so I usually hit the cardio after that

      Aas can extend that time period a little but I forget how much but honestly now that I do dc training that takes about 25-30 min then a little abs and on to cardio

      New routine is 40 min cardio in AM, 60 min of weights at night with 20 min cardio. Followed by some vigorous pelvic thrust on an member of the opposite sex.
