Good morning guys

Today I woke up at 5:15 am and jumped on the Rotex for 30' fasted cardio. I added 20' arm bicycle, 100 squats, 100 push ups and 200 abs.

Since I had the day off I went for a 45' walk (hilly profile).

I love fasted cardio jtip. It is addictive.

Today I woke up at 5 am and did 30' of Rotex, 100 push ups, 100 squats and 200 abs. I love fasted cardio except for the cravings that it is triggering.
I hadn't done enough and at 9:30am I did another 30 min of Rotex and 20 min arm bicycle.
