Good morning guys
I did 3 sessions of cardio today.
5:15 am - fasted cardio: 30 min of Rotex followed by 100 push ups, 100 squats and 100 abs
10:00 am - second cardio session: another 30' of Rotex
2 pm - third cardio session: 30' of Rotex

Good morning guys!
I like fasted cardio. I will do more next week. You will be an addict in no time John.
I work all week-end and all I did today was a 5 mile bike ride and 30' of Rotex. I won't work out tomorrow.
