Good morning folks
I woke up at 5:45 am and I did 30' fasted cardio (Rotex), 100 push ups, 100 squats, 100 abs.
At 9.30 am I went for a 1.1 mile run (very short but I had to try).
At 10.30 am I joined Amy for a 1:10 hour of tennis. At the end I felt a sharp pain in my left quad. I stretched well after tennis, iced my quad and massaged it with Ibuprofen gel.

Good morning jtip. Where are the other members of the gang today?
I woke up at 5:45 this morning and did 30' fasted cardio, 100 push ups, 100 squats and 120 abs.
We played tennis at 3 but it started to rain and Amy was tired. We stopped after 45 min.
I got back home and jumped on the Rotex to loosen up the quad. I did 20 min then stretched.

Good morning guys (hahaha cute smiley, I didn't know PAiN was violent lol)
I wasn't in any pain today. I called Amy and cancelled the tennis though.
5:00 am - 30 min fasted cardio (Rotex), 100 push ups, 100 air squats, 100 abs
10:30am - another 30' of Rotex
15:30 - another 30' of Rotex
I will slow down next week since I'm going back to work and will probably hit the gym during my lunch break for a WOD.
