      I did crossfit today: Barbara -- 5 rounds for time of 20 pull ups, 30 push ups, 40 crunches and 50 squats.

      Leg extensions

      Leg curls (I always have issues when doing them and can't put any weight)
      35x10

      35x10

      Horizontal leg press
      190x10
      215x10
      240x10

      Calves
      I worked them at the horizontal leg press. Same weight and 3 sets of 20 reps.

      Abductors/adductors
      65x10
      70x10
      75x10

      I forgot to stretch and the ITBS is killing me now.

      Working in the freezing weather yesterday sucked, it took me hours to warm up after I got back home. I went to bed at 9pm and woke up around midnight with bad stomach pain. It took me two hours to feel a little bit better and sleep another 3 hours before heading to work at 5:30am.

      I did chest and back during my lunch break.
