      My knee was badly swollen yesterday and I could barely walk. I took it easy on the cardio. Only 35 min fasted arm bicycle followed by an upper body workout.

      Biceps curls
      Hammer curls
      Wrist curls
      Concentration curls

      Dips
      Kickbacks
      Triceps extensions

      Push ups (100)
      Chest press
      Pullovers

      One arm rows

      Frontal raises
      Lateral raises
      External rotations
      Shrugs

      Abs 150 reps

      Today was fasted cardio -- 5.2 kilometer on the treadmill, 550 cals burnt

      Chest/back workout

      Deadlifts
      One arm rows

      Push ups (100)
      Db press
      Pullovers

      1 long set of 50 reps of each exercise, no rest/pause.

      I woke up at 3 am this morning. Instead of tossing and turning I got up and did fasted cardio: 6.5 kilometers (750 calories burnt).

      I worked the arms (I hate doing them .....).

      Biceps curls
      Hammer curls
      Wrist curls
      One arm concentration curls

      Dips (100)
      Kickbacks
      One arm extensions

      Abs -- 150 reps

      1 set of 40 reps of each exercise.

      I haven't worked out in 3 days and took it easy today.

      Achilles is very sore probably because of my new Dr Martens boots.
