Ben! I'm so happy you're checking up on me again
Still working out despite my injuries as you can see ... I had a scanner of the knee done yesterday and I have an MRI of the neck planned for April 30th. I hope the results will be good.
I didn't sleep well at all (neck and knee pain) and started working very early today and all I had time for was fasted cardio, 6.5 kilometers, 7.5 to 8 km/h, 15% incline, 705 cals.
