Torcha, I have sciatica pain and now that you mention it it might be caused by all the uphill cardio.
Fasted cardio
7.3 kilometers, speed between 7.5 and 8 km/h, 15% incline, 805 cals.
Abs
200 reps
No gym until Monday. Knee is sore (walking up the stairs with my vest on killed it yesterday) and I work Sunday with all my gear on.

Haha Torchy. I'm a cardio addict.
I saw the chiro yesterday. His diagnosis was a pelvic misalignment. He didn't do much but pretended everything back mobile and aligned when I left. I doubt that since I'm still in as much pain as before the session. The relief didn't even last an hour.
I wonder if sitting in a recliner when I get back from work is good for my back.
Since I cannot lift weights all I did today is
Fasted cardio
5 kilometers, 7 km/h, 10% incline, 500 cals
Abs
250 reps
